Refund policy
Hi there!
While I do not accept refunds for ‘change of mind’ purchases, please contact me if you have any questions about my jewellery and I will do my best to help you.
If an item were to arrive to you in a damaged or is incorrect please contact me within 48 hours so we can work together to rectify the problem as soon as possible. Please provide images and as much information as possible. If a refund is required the item must be returned to me with tracking and insurance and a refund will be issued to the original account that had been used to purchase. For credit cards it may take up to 5 working days, PayPal and Buy Now should be cleared within a few days.
If it is determined that the product has been damaged in any way by you or you have not initiated the return within the 48 hours of it being received, Sorry but a refund will not be eligible. In saying this, when an item is shipped the tracking will be sent to you so you can track it too. Once an item is received I would like to get in contact with you to make sure you are happy with your purchase and answer any questions you may have.
